What Our Clients Say
Mariam – Hampstead Renovation
“Van Peake are fantastic. We have asked them to do further building, reconstruction, electricity, plumbing and decorating work for us, on the basis of our recent very positive experience. The job they’ve just completed for us was to: repair and repaint the exterior of house; dig up the tiles on exterior steps and make the steps waterproof; retile the steps; waterproof an internal cupboard, where water was leaking from the external steps into the house. Super grateful. Honestly can’t recommend highly enough.”

Ane – Full House Renovation & Kitchen Extension
“James and his team renovated our entire house and also built our kitchen extension over the past few months. James and his team were incredibly organised, delivered on time and the result was just perfect. I have been blown away by how thorough the work has been executed, we really couldn’t be happier. I have also been really impressed by how tidy and organised they have been throughout, always leaving the house in a nice way at the end of the day, even when we didn’t live there. I really, really could not recommend James enough.”

Joe Bo – Wandsworth Renovation
“James and the team did a kitchen side return, new bathrooms and a full refurb of our house in Wandsworth between the commons over an eight-month period. The quality of the work was excellent in every respect and all the professionals on site were extremely polite, hard working and pleasant individuals. Attention to detail was second to none.”

Jon Henson – Client Testimonial
“Van Peake were reliable and professional from beginning to end. They work to an extremely high standard, the quality of their work was outstanding. They were also reasonably priced in relation to the quality of work and didn’t keep adding costs as little snags came up. One of the things that really impressed me was how respectful they were to the house during the build…always leaving the space clean at the end of the day and protecting the rest of our home. I would highly recommend James and his team and will definitely be using them again in the future.”
